Canine adoption and rescue also known as Carl is a non-profit no kill shelter. They rely on donations with no government, state or city funding. Since 1996 Carl has rescued and placed thousands of unwanted, sick, abandoned and homeless dogs. Dogs in their care are placed in pre-screend, loving and secure homes. Carl recieves hundreds if calls from people who must find a home for a stray, a litter or even a family pet. It takes a special person, group and funds to help so lets show them our support with the special fundraiser
