Android Avon Go Mobile App users may initiate the deletion of their Avon account.
To initiate an account deletion request as an Android Avon Go mobile app user:
Click here for the My Profile page. (If you are not already signed into Avon.com, you will be prompted to sign in.)
On the My Profile page, scroll down to the Data and Privacy section.
Click the Initiate Account Deletion Request button.
In response to an Avon Go mobile app account deletion request, we will delete the user's personally identifiable information, such as name, email address, phone number(s), and billing/shipping addresses.
For regulatory and business purposes, such as tax accounting and fraud prevention, Avon is legally required to retain some types of data, such as transactional data related to orders and returns.
