Incentive is for all former President’s Club Members and Premier Representatives from 2022 who did not qualify for 2023.

Orders are cumulative within each campaign. Sales are not cumulative between campaigns.

Earnings are exclusively on beauty products in Campaigns 23, 24, 25 and 26.

Once achieved, commissions will be paid at the end of each campaign (C23-26) through Avon Wallet.

Representatives can participate in other incentives.

The Representative’s account must be active and in good standing (past due no more than one campaign with a balance of less than $500.00) to qualify for the Commission Comeback Incentive (“Incentive”).

To qualify for this incentive, a Representative’s account must remain in good standing through the close of Incentive, Campaign 26, 2023, or the account will be disqualified. Avon reserves the right to review and withhold rewards for past due account balances over $500, at any point in the review process.

To redeem Incentive earnings, Representative must have an Avon Wallet account, subject to the terms and conditions of Hyperwallet.

Rewards received cannot be substituted or transferred.

Avon reserves the right to adjust rules and regulations or cancel the Incentive at any time, at its sole discretion.

Avon reserves the right to audit all performance data when determining Incentive reward eligibility and reserves the right to disqualify or remove any Representative it determines has violated principles of fairness, program intent, or any violation of the Independent Sales Representative Contract or Business Policies and Procedures for Independent Sales Representatives.

Avon reserves the right to audit returns. Any returns processed during the Incentive period will be subtracted from the Award Sales of the campaign in which the return is processed and will affect the calculation and payment of the bonuses. Returns processed after the end of the Incentive period will result in any applicable bonus or commission payments being deducted from the Representative’s current account balance.

This program is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

All federal, state and local taxes, if any, associated with acceptance of the reward are Representative’s responsibility.

By participating, Representatives agree that Avon will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by Representative against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the reward (including any travel or activity related thereto) or participation in this Incentive.
