For All Representatives
Campaigns 8-11, 2023 (April 12 through June 6)

Earn cash bonuses when you reach your incentive sales goal and for every $600 in Award Sales!
Whether you’re a top seller or brand-new to Avon, this incentive is for Representatives at all levels — everyone can earn!

Award Sales of $522 or more

  • Your goal for the incentive period, Campaigns 8-11, 2023, is a 15% increase from your C3-6 sales. Your volume of sales during that time will also define your bonus amount, ranging from $25 up to $500 in cash.

  • Earn additional $25 cash bonuses for every $600 in incremental sales you achieve above your goal.

  • You’ll receive your sales-goal bonus in the campaign after you hit your goal. Additional $25 bonuses for $600 incremental sales will be paid all together as a one-time payout in Campaign 12, after the close of the incentive.

Award Sales of $522 or more

Earn a $25 cash bonus for every $600 in Award Sales in Campaigns 8-11. You’ll receive your $25 cash bonuses as a one-time payout in Campaign 12, after the close of the incentive.

Award Sales of $522 or more

If you had no sales in C3-6 because you just joined and hadn’t placed an order yet, or you join after C6, you can earn a $25 cash bonus for every $600 in Award Sales in Campaigns 8-11. You’ll receive your $25 cash bonuses as a one-time payout in Campaign 12, after the close of the incentive.

FAQs

This incentive period runs from the start of C8 on April 12 through the close of C11 on June 6, 2023.

All order sources count towards qualification (i.e. Representative personal orders, online customer orders (direct delivery) and/or sales center orders).

Examples:

Example 1:

During the combined period of C3 through C6, 2023, Claire had a total of $1,500 in Award Sales. Claire’s sales goal for the incentive period (C8-11) is $1,725 and her bonus will be $50. From C8 through C10, Claire accumulated $1,200 in personal Award Sales and a total of $500 in customer digital/Avon.com orders. She also went to a sales center and ordered $100 in products during the incentive period. Claire’s cumulative Award Sales at the close of C10 equal $1,800. Avon will pay Claire a total of $50 in C11 through Avon Wallet. Claire also placed another personal order of $600 in C11 and didn’t have any customer orders. She will earn another bonus of $25, which will be paid in C12.

Example 2:

During the combined period of C3 through C6, 2023, Louisa had a total of $300 in Award Sales. Louisa’s Award Sales goal for the incentive period is $600. From C8 through C11, Louisa accumulated $1,200 in Award Sales and she didn’t have any customer digital/Avon.com orders. Louisa’s cumulative Award Sales at the close of C11 equal $1,200. Avon will pay Louisa a total of two $25 bonuses ($1,200/$600 = 2 X $25) in C12 through Avon Wallet.

Example 3:

Tracy is a new Representative who joined Avon in C9, 2023. Tracy’s Award Sales goal for the incentive period is $600. From C9 through C11, Tracy accumulated $200 in Award Sales and a total of $500 in customer digital/Avon.com orders. Tracy’s cumulative Award Sales at the close of C11 equal $700. Avon will pay Tracy a total of $25 in bonuses ($700/$600 = 1 X $25) in C12 through Avon Wallet.

The maximum achievement is $2,500 (100 $25 cash bonuses) for any Representative.

  • If you’re a Representative with Award Sales of $522 or more from Campaign 3 through Campaign 6, 2023, you will receive your sales-goal bonus in the campaign after you hit your goal. Additional $25 bonuses for $600 incremental sales will be paid all together as a one-time payout in Campaign 12, after the close of the incentive.*

  • If you’re a Representative with Award Sales of less than $522 from Campaign 3 through Campaign 6, 2023, you will receive your $25 cash bonuses as a one-time payout in Campaign 12, after the close of the incentive.*

  • If you’re a New Representative who join during Campaigns 7-11 or who joined in C3-6 and have not placed an order, you will receive your $25 cash bonuses as a one-time payout in Campaign 12, after the close of the incentive.*

    *Representative’s account must remain in good standing and past due no more than one campaign through the close of Incentive, Campaign 11, 2023.

All cash payouts will be loaded via Avon Wallet, so be sure your Avon Wallet account is set up and ready for your bonuses.

Important Guidelines

  • The Representative’s account must be active and in good standing (past due no more than one campaign with a balance of less than $500.00) to qualify for the Dash for Cash incentive (“Incentive”).

  • To qualify for this Incentive, a Representative’s account must remain in good standing through the close of Incentive, Campaign 11, 2023, or the account will be disqualified. Avon reserves the right to review and withhold rewards for past due account balances over $500, at any point in the review process.

  • To redeem any cash bonuses earned, Representative must have an Avon Wallet account, subject to the terms and conditions of Hyperwallet.

  • Rewards received cannot be substituted, transferred, or redeemed for credit towards your Avon account.

  • Avon reserves the right to adjust rules and regulations or cancel the Incentive at any time, at its sole discretion.

  • Avon reserves the right to audit all performance data when determining Incentive reward eligibility and reserves the right to disqualify or remove any Representative it determines has violated principles of fairness, program intent, or any violation of the Independent Sales Representative Contract or Business Policies and Procedures for Independent Sales Representatives.

  • Avon reserves the right to audit returns. Any returns processed during the Incentive period will be subtracted from the Award Sales of the campaign in which the return is processed and will affect the calculation and payment of the bonuses. Returns processed after the end of the Incentive period will result in any applicable bonus or commission payments being deducted from the Representative’s current account balance.

  • Back orders placed after the completion of the Incentive will not count.

  • This program is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

  • All federal, state, and local taxes, if any, associated with acceptance of the reward are Representative’s responsibility.

  • By participating, Representatives agree that Avon will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by Representative against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the reward (including any travel or activity related thereto) or participation in this Incentive.
