The Representative’s account must be active and in good standing (past due no more than one campaign with a balance of less than $500.00) to qualify for the Shine & Strive Incentive (“Incentive”).

To qualify for this Incentive, a Representative’s account must remain in good standing through the close of Incentive, Campaign 26, 2023, or the account will be disqualified. Avon reserves the right to review and withhold rewards for past due account balances over $500, at any point in the review process.

1st Way to Earn: The full-size product is redeemed within the shipment of a qualifying order. Only the first order a Representative places in a campaign at or above the order size goal will qualify for this incentive. Orders placed after the first campaign order will not count either as a standalone qualifier or cumulatively across multiple orders. Direct Delivery orders will not count.

2nd Way to Earn: Qualifying Representatives who place 6 consecutive campaign orders of $100 in cumulative sales, starting in C21-26, will earn a $100 digital coupon code. The coupon code will be awarded via email as a unique digital coupon code redeemable in the order cart. Digital coupon code will be sent via email on January 5, 2024.

Rewards received cannot be substituted or transferred.

Redemption of the digital coupon code timeframe is C1-2, 2024. If the digital coupon code is not redeemed during that timeframe, reward will be forfeited.

Avon reserves the right to adjust rules and regulations or cancel the Incentive at any time, at its sole discretion.

Avon reserves the right to audit all performance data when determining Incentive reward eligibility and reserves the right to disqualify or remove any Representative it determines has violated principles of fairness, program intent, or any violation of the Independent Sales Representative Contract or Business Policies and Procedures for Independent Sales Representatives.

Avon reserves the right to audit returns. Any returns processed during the Incentive period will be subtracted from the Award Sales of the campaign in which the return is processed and will affect the calculation and payment of the bonuses. Returns processed after the end of the Incentive period will result in any applicable bonus or commission payments being deducted from the Representative’s current account balance.

This program is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

All federal, state and local taxes, if any, associated with acceptance of the reward are Representative’s responsibility.

By participating, Representatives agree that Avon will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by Representative against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the reward (including any travel or activity related thereto) or participation in this Incentive.

1900s accounts cannot participate in this incentive.
