When and where will Avon Connect 2026 be held?

We’ll host our live event August 24-27, 2026, in Orlando at Rosen Shingle Creek Hotel.

Can anyone attend the live, in-person event?

In-person attendance is open to Ambassadors, registered Co-Applicants and Guests (must be 18 or over) and is on a first-come, first-served basis. Attendees must be registered prior to arrival on site for the event in order to participate.

What is the cost to sign up and what is included?

How can I attend virtually?

More details to come.

How can I pay for registration?

You can purchase your pass with Visa or MasterCard on the registration site.

Will I receive swag?

All on-site attendees will be given a bag upon arrival as their participation gift at our registration desk for the event hosted at Rosen Shingle Creek Hotel. Make sure you leave room in your luggage to bring everything home with you!

Will there be shopping opportunities during the show?

Stay tuned for more information on offers for Ambassadors.

Will there be French and Spanish translation for the event?

Yes, we will have simultaneous translations available for both French-and-Spanish-speaking attendees during training sessions and presentations. Be sure to request this in your registration process.

Will I be eligible for prizes and giveaways?

In-person registered Ambassadors and registered Co-Applicants are eligible for on-site drawings and raffles if they have a verified Avon Wallet account set up by June 30, 2026.

What is the cancellation policy?

Avon Connect event cancellation: Registered attendees will receive a 100% refund if they cancel by June 12, 2026. Those who register after June 12, 2026, will not be eligible for a refund. To cancel your registration, contact AvonEvents@CTEusa.com. Please include Avon Connect 2026 in the subject line, and include your full name and Avon account number within the message.

Hotel Cancellation: To avoid any penalties, you must reach out directly to the hotel to cancel your reservation by 5:00 PM ET on July 30, 2026 After 5:00 PM ET, guests will incur a minimum two-night room fee plus taxes, which will be charged directly to the individual guest making the cancellation.
