FAQs

When and where will Avon Connect 2024 be held?
We’ll host our live event August 21-23, 2024, at the Boston Convention & Exhibit Center.

Can anyone attend the live, in-person event?
In-person attendance is open to active Representatives and registered Co-Applicants and is on a first-come, first-served basis. Attendees must be registered prior to arrival on site for the event in order to participate.

What is the cost to sign up and what is included?
Please see the Pricing section of the Avon Connect homepage for details.

How can I attend virtually?
We will broadcast portions of the program free to all Representatives via Zoom. Other sessions will be available for viewing after the event on the Avon YouTube channel. Stay tuned for more details. There is no fee and no registration required to participate virtually.

How can I pay for registration?
You can purchase your pass with Visa or MasterCard on the registration site.

Will I receive swag?
All attendees will be given a bag on site at check in at the Boston Convention & Exhibit Center. Keep that bag with you to collect your swag and giveaways as you attend the sessions throughout the event. You will receive products and business tools with a total of $200+ in value. Make sure you leave room in your luggage to bring everything home with you!

Will there be shopping opportunities during the show?
Stay tuned for more information on offers for attendees and participants.

Will there be French and Spanish translation for the event?
Yes, we will have simultaneous translations available for attendees via headset for both French- and Spanish-speaking Representatives during training sessions and presentations. Be sure to request this in your registration process.

Will I be eligible for prizes and giveaways?
In-person registered attendees are eligible to be included in any on-site drawings or giveaways.

*Please note that to be eligible for live prize drawings and giveaways, Representatives and Co-Applicants must have a verified Avon Wallet account set up by Wednesday, July 31, 2024.

What is the cancellation policy?
Avon Connect event cancellation: Registered attendees will receive a 100% refund if they cancel by July 31, 2024. Those who register after July 31, 2024, will not be eligible for a refund. To cancel your registration, contact EventsSupport@avonusa.com. Please include Avon Connect 2024 in the subject line, and include your full name and Avon account number within the message.
Hotel Cancellation: To avoid any penalties, you must reach out directly to the hotel to cancel your reservation by 5:00 PM ET on July 31, 2024. After 5:00 PM ET, guests will incur a minimum two-night room fee, which will be charged directly to the individual guest making the cancellation.
